Eternal Praise – En lovsång till Gud.
Det finns en sång som föds i hjärtat hos den som har sett Guds härlighet. En sång av tacksamhet, en sång av överlåtelse. ”The Sound of Praise” är en lovsång till den Gud som är större än allt vi äger, som fyller våra liv med sin närvaro och ger oss frid som övergår allt förstånd.
I livets stormar, i den tysta gryningen, i väntan på den dag då Herren återvänder – genom allt ljuder en sång: en lovsång till Gud.
”Så skall jag lova dig så länge jag lever, i ditt namn skall jag lyfta mina händer.”
– Psalm 63:5
Vi har sett Guds godhet, vi har smakat och sett att Herren är god. Hans kärlek är bättre än livet självt, och därför överlåter vi allt vi är till Honom.
”Ty du har varit min hjälp, och under dina vingars skugga jublar jag.”
– Psalm 63:8
I stillheten på morgonens gryning lyfter vi våra röster, vi väntar på Herren. Vi vet att Han är vår klippa, vår tillflykt och vår sång.
”Jag väntade ivrigt på HERREN, och han böjde sig till mig och hörde mitt rop.”
– Psalm 40:2
Men vår lovsång är inte bara för idag. Vi ser framåt, vi lyfter våra ögon mot horisonten och väntar på den dag då himlen öppnas och Kungens röst ljuder över jorden.
”Ty Herren själv skall komma ner från himlen med ett maktbud, med en ärkeängels röst och med Guds basun. Och först skall de i Kristus döda uppstå.”
– 1 Thessalonikerbrevet 4:16
När vi sjunger denna sång, låt det vara en överlåtelse, en bön och ett jubelrop. Gud är vår Gud, och vi ger våra liv till Honom – i dag, i morgon och i evigheten.
”Jag skall prisa Herren så länge jag lever, jag skall lovsjunga min Gud så länge jag är till.”

Eternal Praise – A Song of Worship to God
There is a song that is born in the heart of those who have seen God’s glory. A song of gratitude, a song of surrender. The Sound of Praise is a hymn to the God who is greater than all we possess, who fills our lives with His presence and grants us peace beyond understanding.
In life’s storms, in the quiet dawn, in the waiting for the day when the Lord returns – through it all, one song resounds: a song of praise to God.
”Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.”
– Psalm 63:4
We have seen God’s goodness, we have tasted and seen that the Lord is good. His love is better than life itself, and so we surrender all that we are to Him.
”Because You have been my help, therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice.”
– Psalm 63:7
In the stillness of the morning dawn, we lift our voices; we wait upon the Lord. We know that He is our rock, our refuge, and our song.
”I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.”
– Psalm 40:1
But our song of praise is not just for today. We look ahead, we lift our eyes to the horizon, and we wait for the day when heaven opens and the King’s voice resounds over the earth.
”For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.”
– 1 Thessalonians 4:16
As we sing this song, let it be an offering, a prayer, and a shout of joy. God is our God, and we give our lives to Him – today, tomorrow, and for all eternity.
”I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.”
